Dominic Gattuso
Associate Attorney

Dominic represents clients in matters of estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, guardianships, and fiduciary litigation. Dominic graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2021, where he was an Articles Editor for the Texas Law review. Dominic received his Texas law license in 2025 and has been licensed in Illinois since 2021.

Prior to entering the world of trusts and estates, Dominic practiced law in Chicago, Illinois, focusing on complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings. Dominic returned to Texas and joined Barnes Lipscomb & Stewart in 2024.
