Ms. Ashworth’s practice is entirely dedicated to estate planning and probate work, which involves the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and other estate planning documents. She also handles pre- and post-marital property agreements, charitable planning and estate administration. Additionally, she represents clients in their capacities as executors, trustees and beneficiaries. Karen’s practice is dedicated to giving individuals and families the legal tools they require to navigate marriage and committed relationships, raise families, care for aging parents, plan in the event of disability, protect assets, provide a legacy for family or charitable organizations, and implement plans for the appropriate dissemination of assets upon death. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, Tennessee and Alabama.
Karen grew up in Austin and returned in 2011 to be near her family. She has two grown daughters.
